The Supply Chain Management Systems (SCMS) project is part of the Presidents Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.
The goal of this contract is to establish and operate safe, secure, reliable and sustainable supply chain management systems to procure pharmaceuticals and other products needed to provide care and treatment of persons with HIV/AIDS and related infections.
SCMS offers services in focus countries identified by the Office of the Global AIDS Coordinator and USAID, with SCMS field offices established in selected countries as required by the scope of work in the country.
The partnership is seeking to recruit for the following position in Kenya;

The successful candidates will provide long-term technical assistance to promote improved, more nutritious and affordable food products for the vulnerable groups, and value-added of targeted agricultural commodities through improvements in Tanzania's agricultural processing sector. This project will focus on; 1) the agro- processing linkage in the rice, maize and horticulture value chains, 2) increase investment in medium- and small scale enterprises, and 3) make more nutritious process foods available and affordable to vulnerable groups.

To support the implementation of USAID’s Feed the Future Initiative, especially in the areas of institutional assessment and strengthening, and in evaluation. The activity will support improving the organizational capabilities and skills development of a wide range of African institutions, including government, private sector and CSOs. The activity will also support institutional development for African training institutes and organizations that will be critical to Feed the Future’s success.

MSI is seeking candidates interested in conducting institutional assessments and program evaluations for USAID’s Feed the Future initiative. **These assignments will last up to 4 weeks and take place throughout Africa on a rolling schedule.
