Arusha Arusha Urban Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (AUWSA), is a legally established entity responsible for ihe overall operation and management of water supply and sewerage services in Arusha City. AUWSA was established under the Water Works Ordinance CAP. 272 amendment (Act NO.8 of 1997), now repealed by Water Supply and Sanitation Act 2009. It was declared a fully autonomous entity by order of the Minister responsible for Water Affairs in January 1998.
AUWSA’s Vision is “To deliver excellent water supply and sewerage services commensurate with World’s best practices”. The Ministry of Water, EWURA, and Board of Directors provide policies, guidelines and directives to govern the Authority, while guidelines to create and implement operational policies and guidelines to conduct the business of the Authority on day to day basis is vested to the Managing Director.

• Accumulating and analyzing financial and operational data for discussion with upper management.
• Analyzing the performance of Microfinance industry throughout the world and compare them with BRAC.
• Analyzing different financial information including in depth ratio analysis and interpretation.
• Submitting financial reports to different donor agencies & investors.
• Preparing both short term project specific and or long term country specific budgets for different BRAC entities outside Bangladesh.
• Working with upper management to deliver business proposals comprising long term business plan to different investors.

The Consumer Consultative Council of The Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA-CCC) was established under section 37 of the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority Act No.12 of 2003 to advocate for the rights of consumers of electronic, broadcasting and postal services in Tanzania. The council has been in existence for six years and is gearing up for expansion of its consumer outreach advocacy programme countrywide. To support this strategy the council wishes to her self motivated and innovative person to fill the position of Finance and Administrative Officer.
Reporting: The finance and Administrative office reports to the Executive Secretary.
