Tetra Tech ARD (www.ardinc.com), a leading international development consulting firmed based in Burlington, Vermont and Washington, D.C., is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified senior level candidates for a Monitoring and Outreach Specialist for a potential 5-year USAID-funded Market-based Solutions to Reduce Poverty and Improve Nutrition project in Tanzania.

Responsibilities will include:
-- Designing performance monitoring plans for planning, managing, and documenting data collection;
-- Designing a performance monitoring system for data analysis, reporting, review and use;
-- Identify the data source for each performance indicator;
-- Comparing disaggregated data;
-- Comparing current performance against multiple criteria;
-- Analyzing relationships among performance indicators;
-- Analyzing cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:
-- Masters degree in a relevant field ideal (i.e. MIS or business with an MIS emphasis, statistics, mathematics, sociology, economics, etc.);
-- Minimum 5 years professional experience within Tanzania;
-- Experience working with USAID's Managing for Results;
-- Good communications skills (written and oral).
