Duties
* Receive and record all requests for technical assistance. * Make an integrated maintenance system from the receipt of the service request to delivery. * Follow-up, supervise and control every detail in the department * Manage the data base of Service Scheduling. * Dispatch and relocate engineers for service jobs. * Prepare and distribute all management performance and financial reports including invoicing of service work done. * Daily review of service jobs. * Maintain the files of customers support department. * Resolve customer complaints. * Provide assistance and technical information to other departments if requested. * Assist
