Job Description (Duties):

Job Purpose:
* The HR Officer’s primary purpose is to deliver effective day-to-day HR support to the organization in country, as well as to execute Managed Services Transition and Transformation plans and activities. * This role is predominantly focused on establishing and implementing Ericsson HR Administrative and Governace processes and tools, and compensation and benefits practices, to enable effective integration of employees acquired into Ericsson through Managed Services deals.
