Security Technology Technicians/Engineers
Core Duties
• Installation, service and maintenance of integrated security products including (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Alarm, etc.)
• Check functionality of newly installed equipment to evaluate system performance.
• Demonstrate and provide system and support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Identify and replace malfunctioning equipment.
• Provides security equipment status and service reports to management and recommends actions, such as equipment update, replacement or relocation.
Minimum Qualifications;
Diploma in Electronics, Information Technology or equivalent,
IT certification such as CISCO, A+,N+ will be an added advantage.
1 year experience
Security Sales Executive
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients
• Demonstrate company products to current and potential clients
• Negotiate with clients
• Maintain sales activity records and reports
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• Follow up on sales activity
Minimum Qualifications
• Diploma in Electronics, IT or Sales & Marketing (with knowledge of Electronics Products)
• Minimum 1 year experience.
