Based in this thriving, peaceful East African country, our client, a private equity-owned, diversified manufacturing and FMCG group specialising in personal care products, is looking for three high-calibre people to lead a regional expansion into the EAC and beyond. These positions are based in Dar es Salaam.
GROUP Chief Executive Officer
This high-profile role requires a dynamic, experienced executive with exceptional leadership qualities to set the strategic objectives of the Group and provide leadership and direction to all activities of the Group. Significant experience in leading and growing a marketing/brand-focused business across several countries is required,
along with extensive experience within Africa or similar emerging markets. We seek an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of success within entrepreneurial organisations to join our team.
Specific exposure to and proven experience with a major multi-national (preferably an FMCG company focused on personal care) would be first prize in terms of hitting the top of the shortlist.
