Accounts Assistant
Job Profile
• Issuing daily cash flow analysis and advising the Director and Finance Manager on the same.
• Responsible for the day to day operations of the Accounts department in Uganda and preparation of all managerial reports
• Posting of accounting data into the system & maintenance of the same.
• Payroll administration – preparing pay slips, employee advances and handling of payroll by-products
• supporting taxation and compliance issues, VAT computations
• Petty cash Management
• Cash and Bank reconciliations
• Costing and Pricing of goods
• Filing of all company documents
• Daily systems back-up
• Monitoring the stocks movement
Person profile
• Diploma in Accountancy or any other related discipline and Or CPA part 2
• 3 years experience
• Microsoft Office & Quick books proficiency required
