Position Description:
A Star* 200 roomed hotel seeks candidate with hospitality management qualification, strong training ability and proved track record in hotels or restaurants to manage a high volume, pressurised hotel restaurant. Fluent Swahili preferred. Please ensure CVs reflect ALL the following information:• Full dates worked at each establishment – start mm/yy TO end mm/yyy
• Detailed description of each hotel / lodge or company worked at
