Job Responsibilities:
• Accumulating and analyzing financial and operational data for discussion with upper management.
• Analyzing the performance of Microfinance industry throughout the world and compare them with BRAC.
• Analyzing different financial information including in depth ratio analysis and interpretation.
• Submitting financial reports to different donor agencies & investors.
• Preparing both short term project specific and or long term country specific budgets for different BRAC entities outside Bangladesh.
• Working with upper management to deliver business proposals comprising long term business plan to different investors.
• Forecasting and determining future fund requirement for different projects.
• Customize reports for higher management.
Requirements:
• Educational:
Bachelor in Business Studies specialized in Finance or any related discipline from any Local or International University or Institution recognized by the University Grant Commission and Government of Tanzania.
• Professional:
Having any previous experience of working in an International Development Organization or having Certification in the related subject would be given priority.
• Technical:
* Proficient in Microsoft Windows, MS Office Specially, SPSS, Web, Internet and related other software’s operating on latest as well as older versions.
• Language:
Fluency in English is a must in all forms.
• Others:
* Ready to move anywhere all over the country and for being relocated anywhere anytime as per management requirement.
* Have to be a cool customer to satisfy the management with both service and behavior.
* Have to be a good team member and able to work under tremendous pressure with a great deal of high self motivation.
* Must be a deadline oriented person to accomplish the task within the deadline as well as discipline.
Salary:
