Location: Tanzania, East Africa
Job Duties
20 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years experience as Chief Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager.
Must have worked in the international market using the FIDIC form of contract. Will be responsible for management of contract administration, payment certificates, change orders and assessment of project performance.
A collaborative person with good client relation skills who has a demonstrative track record in a similar role.
